My niece recently turned 6 months and as soon as she could sit up my sister in law called me over to take her pictures. I love this age because 6 month old babies are all smiles and they can’t run away from you! She was so good for us and since it was so close to Easter, we decided to incorporate an Easter theme.

I bought these bunny slippers for her…as soon as we put them on her she couldn’t get her eyes off them. I think she likes them

We recently got back from an amazing vacation on the Disney Wonder cruise ship. We had such a good time and were completely spoiled by the Disney cast members on the ship. We were entertained and well fed for an entire week! We started our cruise in LA and went to Puerta Vallerta and Cabo for 2 days. I thought I would share some of my favorite pictures and memories from our trip.

The day before we boarded, we spent the day at Disneyland. Maggie was very excited to meet her favorite princess, Rapunzel.

I woke up early one morning before the sun came up and captured these photos…

Here are the kids enjoying the pool while watching Little Mermaid on the big screen..

The kids loved the “free” food on the ship…pizza anytime they wanted it!

One thing about cruising with Disney is there are lots of opportunities to meet the characters. My daughter LOVED it! We had a character breakfast one morning and all the characters stopped by our table for a meet and greet and pictures.

We cruised with some friends of ours and here is some pictures of the little girls waiting to meet the princesses wearing their princess outfits…

We played with dolphins and went on water slides in Puerta Vallerta…such a fun day in the sun!

We had fun shopping and lunching in Cabo!!

Pirate night was a highlight for us. We had fun dressing up, participating in a pre-dinner game show, watching the pirate show on deck after dinner and my daughter can’t stop talking about Mickey zip lining between the smoke stacks and watching the fireworks. It truly was a magical night!

My entire family enjoyed the shows each night. The Disney Dreams show is a must see. It was so good and very well done.

It was a sad day when we had to leave As they say on the ship…”Goodbye, ’til we meet again”

This cutie was 4 weeks old when I photographed her and wide awake for most of her session. I did manage to get her to sleep for about 10 min so I could capture a couple of sleepy shots!

I was struggling on ideas for a Christmas photo shoot with my kids, until one day the idea of a pillow fight popped in my head! Yes, we did the photo shoot inside and yes, it was VERY messy. But after editing over 100 pictures and having a hard time narrowing down pictures for our Christmas card this year, the mess was worth it! Thanks goodness for shop vacs Part II will feature my adorable baby niece!
