I thought I would post about our fun trip to the coast over Labor weekend. It was our last trip of the year now that school, soccer, basketball, flag football and dance are in full swing and we have hardly enough time to eat dinner together! Costanoa has been somewhere we have wanted to go for awhile and now that the kids are a little older, camping is a lot easier. Originally, we were supposed to go for 3 days, but my niece arrived a little early (more on that later) so we left a day late and spent two fun filled days on the coast with 2 other families. While we were there, we visited Pigeon Point and ate a yummy breakfast at Duarte’s, they are well known for their artichoke soup and it did not disappoint!
Our tent bungalow inside and out…now this is my kind of camping!!
The kids had a blast running around barefoot and carefree!
So many fun memories!!

I met up with these 3 sisters today at the park. It was a beautiful morning for a photo session and they had so much fun playing with my props! Thanks {H} family for driving so far to come see me

Last week my family and I spent the week in Lake Tahoe. It was so nice to escape the heat of Folsom. When we left it was 102! With heat like that it’s no wonder things around here look so brown and dead. I couldn’t get over the natural beauty found in Lake Tahoe. Beautiful fields with wildflowers everywhere…so pretty! I thought I would share some of my favorites with you. Enjoy!

Wow, time flies and the {J} twins are 3 months now! This time we did an outdoor session on their beautiful property. I just love the interaction between these parents and their little daughters. We joked that the last time we took pictures it was all about trying to get them to sleep…at the same time (quite the task by the way), this time is was all about keeping them awake and happy! I think we did a pretty good job!
